1. Are your used laptops tested and certified?

Our used laptops go through an intensive checking and testing process to detect the slightest malfunctioning in any part or system of the laptop. In case a defect is detected, it is repaired by changing the malfunctioning part and retested to ensure optimum performance. We make sure that the laptop received by our customers are functioning perfectly and remain reliable for a long time to come.

2. What is the condition of your used laptops?

Our laptops are only slightly used and have almost no wear and tear. You will be delighted to receive your laptop once it reaches your hands as it would give you the same experience of buying a new laptop.

3. Do your laptops come with a warranty?

We offer a 15 day warranty on all our laptops. Although our laptops are go through a comprehensive testing process, still in case if you detect that there's any damage or malfunction in the laptop, you have an option to return it and we will provide you 100% refund for it with certain conditions. Please check our Refund Policy page for further details.

4. Can I return a laptop if I'm not satisfied with my purchase?

We ensure that the product we send to you is clean, without any damage or prominent scratches and fully functioning with an optimum performance. Minor scratches are acceptable since it is still a used product (please note that Amazon also follows the same policy in this respect.) A product can be returned/replaced if it is found damaged or malfunctioning. Change of mind or heart is not a reason we allow the return or refund for the product. 5. What payment methods do you accept?

We are offering Cash on Delivery services at present which means you can pay us in cash after receiving your goods at your doorstep.

6. How is shipping and delivery handled?

Shipping and Delivery is handled by MashaalComputers' own delivery team. We try our best to deliver your product within 48 hours of your order.

7. Are the laptops cleaned and sanitized before shipping?

Our laptops are fully sanitized before packing and shipping.

8. Do the laptops come with an operating system installed?

The laptop you receive does not come with an installed operating system. It comes with a fully formatted hard drive on which you can install the operating system of your own choice.

9. Can I customize the specifications of a laptop before purchasing?

Yes, most of the laptops come with an option to customize in terms of RAM size (4GB, 8GB, 16GB etc.) and memory of the hard drive such as 256 GB, 512 GB or 1 TB.

10. How do I know if a specific laptop is still available?

The laptop models which are visible on our store are all available in our inventory. The models which are not available are taken off the store immediately.

11. What security measures are in place to protect my personal information?

Your personal data is obtained solely for the purpose of purchase and delivery of the product. Your name, email address, telephone number is obtained to confirm the order and to contact you in case of an unsuccessful delivery due to inavailability of the address or the person who has ordered the product.

Since we are offering Cash on Delivery at this stage, none of your financial instrument data such as credit card number or bank account number is asked or stored in our system therefore there is no threat of a cyber theft or fraud.

12. Do you offer any discounts or promotions?

We do offer amazing discounts and promotions which are updated regularly on our social media accounts. Please follow us on facebook and instagram to get timely updates.

13. How can I track my order once it's shipped?

You will be emailed about every stage of the delivery process. Once your ordered is received, we will updated you as your ordered is being packed, shipped and delivered. You can also message us on WhatAapp or Messenger to get information on your order.

14. Are there any restrictions on international orders?

We are currently delivering only in the UAE. People who can view the website can order our laptops and have it received at an address within the UAE.
