We carry out thorough quality check before processing the ordered item. We take utmost care while packing the product. At the same time we ensure that the packing is good such that the items won’t get damaged during transit. Please note that Mashaal Computers is not liable for damages that are caused to the items during transit or transportation.

You can return a product if:

1. The product delivered is incorrect (not opened and still includes all original packaging)

Mashaal Computers provides a 15-days warranty of its products which means you can return a product for a period of 15 days from the moment you received your product and we will guarantee a refund or exchange in that case for the above two conditions. We might still deduct a fee to compensate for operational expenses. This fee could be between 0 and 25% of the item price.

If the packaging has been opened and the product is not defective, unused, and has no visible scratches or marks, we will deduct a fee of 25% while making the exchange / refund.

Refunds

We pride ourselves at serving our customers with the best products. Every single product that you choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects and packaged with utmost care. We do this to ensure that you fall in love with our products.

Sadly, there are times when we may not have the product(s) that you choose in stock, or may face some issues with our inventory and quality check. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order. If you have purchased via Online payment, then you will be refunded via the original mode of payment once our team confirms your request. If you have paid using cash on delivery, a refund through bank account will be conducted.

Shipping

Mashaal Computers is not responsible for return shipping costs. Every shipping has to be paid by the customer, even if the item had free shipping in the first place, the customer has to pay for the shipping in return.

DISCLAIMER

Our 15-days warranty will not be applied in case of:

• Abuse or misuse, including but not limited to the failure to use this product for its normal purposes or product manufacture instructions on usage and maintenance.

• Accidents, Acts of God, lightning, water, fire, public disturbances, improper ventilation, voltage fluctuations, physical damage such as fall down from the hand of the customer or desk or any type of physical damage, or any cause beyond the control of Mashaal Computers. Unauthorized modifications carried out to the product, not by Mashaal Computers.

• Damage of the battery caused by overcharging or failure to use in accordance with the specific instructions of core outlined in the product user manual, the batteries are charged by chargers other than those approved by Samsung. Any of the seals on the battery enclosure or cells are broken or show evidence of tampering.

• The serial number on the product has been altered, deleted, removed or custom made.

• Virus infections or use of the product with software not provided with the product or incorrectly installed software
